One of our requirements was central air-conditioning. Installing central air in older NYC apartments is extremely challenging and therefore very rare. Rachel worked tirelessly to obtain approvals from the condo board. Further, she was instrumental in coordinating the various work streams of the chief contractor, the air conditioning contractor, and a multitude of other vendors.
